PLEBA dues are mandatory pursuant to the Special Meeting of October 21 , 2002 and the by-law amendment set forth in the Notice of the Special Meeting of October 21 2002. Please note that the boating privileges are “deeded.” Dues paid after May 1 are subject to a $25 late fee. Annual dues must be paid by May 1st to avoid penalty.
PLEBA Annual Dues:
- Regular Homes: $200/year
- Boating Privileges (for homes with deeded boating privileges ONLY): $250/year
- Senior Discount (ages 60+): $30 discount on the above rates
